Dealer Platform
The car you want, without the runaround.
Dealer websites are stuck in 2005 — cluttered layouts, hidden fees, bait-and-switch pricing, and a buying process designed to trap you in a showroom. Dealer Platform replaces all of that. Built as a modern Next.js application for Stohlman Subaru in Vienna, Virginia, it brings the transparency and convenience of Carvana to traditional family dealerships. Every price is final. Every fee is listed upfront. Customers can search inventory, compare specs, and reserve a vehicle with a refundable deposit — all without stepping foot on the lot.
Inventory Browser
A searchable, filterable inventory with sidebar facets for make, model, body type, condition, and price range. Vehicle cards show real-time pricing with estimated monthly payments, savings vs. MSRP, and reservation status. The grid updates instantly as filters change.

Vehicle Cards
Each vehicle gets a detail page with full specs, photo gallery, price breakdown, and delivery options. Cards surface the information buyers actually care about — price, monthly payment, savings, and whether someone else has already reserved it.

Online Reservation
A four-step reservation flow lets buyers lock in a vehicle with a refundable $500 deposit. The process covers vehicle review, delivery selection, financing options, and payment — with full price transparency at every step. No surprises, no dealer add-ons.

Infrastructure
Dealer Platform is a Next.js application with a component-based vehicle data layer, client-side filtering with URL state sync, a multi-step reservation flow with form validation, and responsive layouts designed for mobile-first car shopping. The design system draws from carsandbids.com with a warm, editorial palette — DM Serif Display headings, cream backgrounds, and restrained gold accents.
